Poole Anderson Construction served as the construction Manager for this Assisted Living Facility. Shreffler Manor was Phase One of a two phase project and the first of four projects completed for ALSM. This facility includes well appointed common areas, a beauty salon and barber shop, a dining area and an activities room. Building Partnerships with Allegheny Lutheran Social Ministries has proved successful for both the customer and for Poole Anderson Construction. Knowledge of the needs of ALSM are understood in better detail and met with great care by the construction manager.
