Poole Anderson Construction was the General Contractor for this 52 condominium complex with community building and swimming pool. There are 44 units with 2nd floor amenities, and every unit has a two car garage. Exterior finishes consist of brick and vinyl siding with dental mold trims. Interior finishes include Yorktowne Kitchens, semi-solid doors, fluted trim and 6 inch baseboards. Each unit also has a gas fireplace with a natural slate surround and hearth.
The community building has an excercise room, kitchen facilities and a large common room with a fireplace.
