Poole Anderson Construction served as the Construction Manager for an addition and renovations to Easterly Parkway Elementary School. The school had to remain operational throughout construction, making project phasing, safety, and construction logistics crucial elements so as not to interrupt the students’ learning process.
Portions of the existing facility were torn down to allow space for a new 41,000 square foot addition. The remaining 16,000 square foot structure was preserved and renovated to create new state-of-the-art classrooms. In addition, the project included a computer lab, library and media room, spaces for art, music, and special education programs, kitchen facilities, and a multi-purpose room.
Our ability to develop teamwork between the owner, architect, and trade contractors allowed the project to be completed in an aggressive timeframe and within the established budget.
