Poole Anderson is serving as the General Contractor for an addition and renovations to the George Washington Elementary School for the School District of Lancaster. New construction includes 45,000 square feet and interior renovations encompass 65,000 square feet.
With our aggressive schedule, limited downtime on site, and coordination with students and teachers in the occupied portions of the building, this project requires efficient management logistics to ensure that all phases continue to run safely and effectively.
Completion for the first phase is set for spring 2010. After which, demolition and remodeling of the existing wings are to follow. The ultimate completion date for the entire project is set for summer 2011.
